This is a reminder that after each ARD meeting where changes are made to a student’s IEP, it is crucial that the Teacher Acknowledgment Form be completed and submitted to the RCSS office. This form ensures that all relevant changes are communicated effectively and that we maintain accurate records for compliance and follow-up.

Complete the Teacher Acknowledgment Form with all necessary details following the ARD meeting.
Submit the form to the RCSS office promptly after the meeting.
